Welcome to Community! Manually entering your monthly data in QuickBooks Online can be time consuming, and it's vital that your work is saved. However, when items have been deleted, this action cannot be undone. In this situation, you'll need to re-enter the data and be sure to hit Save, after each entry. Another option would be to import your data with the steps provided here.
