How do I set it up so that pay stubs are automatically emailed to employees each pay period?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can automatically email your employee's paystubs with ease. 

At this time, you'd have to manually send the paystubs to your staff using the steps in this article here. A workaround for this would be using Workforce. QuickBooks Workforce is a quick way for your employees to have access to their pay stubs and T4s or RL-1s1 any time they need. You can learn more about this feature using this link here.
