How do I turn off the automatic send of the paystubs to the employees?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Workforce enables employees to access their pay stubs and payroll history.  Once you've invited an employee to Workforce, you're unable to stop using it.  If you choose to cancel your QuickBooks Online Payroll, employees will continue to have access to workforce for one year.  If you would like to see an option to 'opt out' of Workforce moving forward, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team.
