It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payroll transactions are aligned with your bank statement. I'd be glad to assist!
In your situation, I recommend reviewing your payroll settings to ensure the transactions are 'mapped' to the correct accounts in your Chart of Accounts. Here's how;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ in the top right of QuickBooks Online
2. Select Payroll Settings
3. Click the Edit ✎ next to the Accounting section
4. Scroll down to the Wage Expenses area and select the Edit ✎
5. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the appropriate accounts for each item as you see necessary
6. Hit Save when finished
You should now see the transactions on your bank statement for the appropriate account.
