Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payroll schedules are aligned with your pay period. I'd be glad to assist!
Here's how to edit the pay schedules;
1. Open Payroll and then Employees from the left menu
2. Select an employee
3. Click Edit to the right of Employment details
4. Select the Edit ✎ beside Pay schedule
5. Make the necessary changes and hit Save when done.
Repeat the above steps for additional employees.
