How to cancel T4 in QBO?

QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool to have, it allows you to generate T4's for your employees. it's important that your T4's have the correct information. I can point you in the right direction for the best assistance possible. 

In order to Amend your T4's you'll need to reach out to the Payroll support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen if necessary. You can reach out to them using one of these methods: 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
