Sometimes it's necessary to make changes to your payroll email. I'd be happy to show you how to change this on your end. 

 

Since QuickBooks is easy to use, navigating through your settings has never been easier. Follow thee steps to change the Direct Deposit receipt email:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, click Payroll Settings.
  3. Under Business Information, click the Contact Information link.
  4. Enter and confirm the email address.
  5. Click OK.
