How to remove rule

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. When it comes to managing your banking, QuickBooks is the go-to program that enables you to keep track of your income and expenses. 

In order to delete a bank rule, click on Banking > select Rules > from here you'll see the rules that are on your account > under the Actions column, you'll see a drop-down arrow which you can click on to view the Delete option next to the rule in question.
