If you've already processed payroll with direct deposit, there isn't a way to change it to paper cheque. It's important to note, that providing your employee's with a paper cheque can result in a duplicate payment. However, if the direct deposit wasn't received due to an underlying issue, such as a change in the employee bank information, you will receive an email notification. At that time, you can choose to provide your employee's with a paper cheque, or e-transfer the funds to them, outside of QuickBooks.
