If you're experiencing grayed out fields, try switching to an incognito browser then try again. Use one of the following keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Command+Shift+N
