I have sent the T4's to the employees through Workforce but they are not able to find them.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Once your employees have accepted the invitation to QuickBooks Workforce, they'll set up their account so they can view their paystubs and T4's.  I would be happy to show you how!

They can can view their T4/RL-1 slips on the Tax forms screen, by following these steps;  

In the QuickBooks Workforce App:

1. Sign into your Workforce account and tap Taxes, or More, then T4s/RL-1s

2. Tap Download, then select the T4/RL-1 to view or print.

From a Web browser;

1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com

2. Open the Documents menu

3. Choose Tax forms or Shared documents

4. Select the T4/RL-1 slip or document to view, download and print.
