I need to correct the amount entered for EI YTD for one employee. Where do I find the payroll journal entry to liabilities to make this payroll adjustment?

In order to adjust the EI YTD you'll need to adjust this using a Pay Edits template. You'd have to get in touch with our support team for additional assistance with this. Here's how: 

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
• Social Media: Facebook, X, and Instagram.
