I need to show the vacation accrual amount, NOT hours on paystubs. Our employees are completely confused with only seeing the days on the paystub how to change this?

The format of the vacation on the paystubs is not something that can be edited from within the system. I do see how showing it as a dollar amount instead could be an interesting feature. You can submit your feedback by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. Comments made in this section are considered by the developers when designing new features for future updates of QuickBooks Online.
