It's important your employee is able to view their paystub. Don't worry, I'll be happy to give you a hand with this so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.
QB Online is great program which allows you to seamlessly manage your employees and payroll. In order for your employee to view their paystub, you'd need to setup Workforce. The good thing about QuickBooks is there's no extra cost for using Workforce. This allows you to save time while letting your staff access their paystubs online.
For an existing employee, select the employee’s name, then select the pencil icon next to Pay.
In Personal info section, add your employee’s email address, then select the checkbox for one or both of the options available:
Invite this employee to track and record hours they work. Note: This will only be available if you are using TSheets.
Invite this employee to view their pay stubs online.
Select Done. The invitation will be emailed to your employee. Once they accept the invite, you’ll see a message "Good news! Your employee is ready to view their pay stubs online" in Personal info section.
Note: If you need to resend a Workforce invite, you can go back to this screen, then select Resend.
If you're still having issues after trying this, I encourage both you and your employee to clear cache and cookies on your browsers. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. I suggest giving that a try by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
