I received an email notification that there is going to be an e-payment of our payroll tax. we don't usually do it that way. how can i cancel that payment

Hi there, treasurer185. If it's is a Pending tax payment, this can’t be deleted directly. It's better to reach out to our Live Support team who can assist you with canceling the payment and look into why it was scheduled in the first place.
