Is it possible to adjust the employee ytd balances for t4 purposes?

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us here. It's important you're able to adjust the CPP and income amounts on some employees for T4 purposes. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track with achieving your QuickBooks goals. 

Based on what you've described above, you'll need to edit the balances using a Pay Edits template. This template allows you to enter your YTD info and you'll have to contact our support team for further assistance. Here's how: 

• Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
• Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
