Is quickbook and goverment of canada payroll deduction the same? two of my employee's paycheck is not the same amount as the government payroll deduction calculator.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your payroll calculations are aligned with government guidelines.  QuickBooks Online updates the information from the CRA, so you can process your payroll with peace of mind.  However, the information you've provided is concerning.  For this reason, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They'll work with you personally and ensure you're payroll calculations are accurate.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
