My clients payroll remittance is coming out too early, how do i change it

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that your client is set up for e-pay with QuickBooks Online Payroll.  It's important that the payments are recorded accurately.  In this situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  Our payroll specialists will have the ability to make the necessary corrections on your behalf and ensure your payments are accurate moving forward.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
