Need to correct T4 for clergy housing allowance, it is reported under box 40 but it should be under box 30. How to correct the T4 for 2023 as soon as possible?

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to prepare and submit your T4 slips in a timely fashion.  I'll gladly point you in the right direction, so you can complete your goals without delay!

QuickBooks Online provides T4 slips, based on the employee information.  It's important to keep in mind that Box 30 (Board and lodging) and Box 40 (Other taxable allowances and benefits) are already included in Box 14, as noted here.  However, when a T4 slip needs to be amended, you can do this directly on the CRA website.   Once the form is completed, you'll have the option to download and print the T4 slip.
