Hello there, cwa. Please ensure that all accounts, customers, items, vendors, and employees linked to the paycheck are active in your QuickBooks file. 

 

You can also review your audit log to see if any accounts or items have recently been marked as inactive or deleted. This will help you identify any changes that could have triggered the sync failure.

 

If you've verified that everything is active but the error persists, I recommend contacting our live support team so that they can take a closer look at your account.
