It's important that all your payroll transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is a great tool to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with payroll calculations.

For assistance with payroll deductions being too low, too high, or non-existent on a pay run, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the pay run in question with you in a secure setting as well as view how your employees were set up so that all your pay runs can be accurate.
