Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I love that you're taking extra measures to ensure that what your employees see on their pay cheque is accurate. QuickBooks Online makes it easy to manage your employees' vacation policies, so let me so over this with you.

In order to stop tracking vacation for an employee, or to remove any available vacation hours or balance that is appearing on the pay cheque, you'll need to make adjustments in the employees profile. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Locate the Employee you'd like to make adjustments to and click to open their profile.
3. Hit the Edit pencil within the Pay section.
4. Scroll until you find Question 5: Let's create a new vacation policy.
5. If you're seeing a policy selected, you can choose Make adjustments and zero out the Available vacation hours and Available vacation balance. 
6. If you no longer want to track vacation in QBO, use the dropdown to select Don't track vacation in QuickBooks. 
7. When you're finished making changes, hit Done.
