payroll seasonal worker same person ROE given and they return to work in the same year but not able to use the same payroll info

When you mentioned that you're unable to use the same payroll info and name, could you clarify what specific actions you took that led you to that conclusion?

Please note that the system doesn't allow duplicate entries for the same payroll information. If the employee was previously entered, you'll have to reactivate their profile instead of creating a new one. Here's how:

1. Select the desired employee from the list.
2. In the employee's profile, click on the Actions dropdown and then choose Change Status.
3. Under Status, change it to Active.
4. Depending on the previous status, you may have to enter the necessary details or click the Save button directly.

Moving forward, I recommend marking your seasonal employees as Not on payroll to retain their profile, pay records, and easy reactivation.
