It's great to have you reach out to us here in the Community. QuickBooks is a powerful program that's designed to help you streamline your work. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track. 

QuickBooks itself doesn't have the function that you've described above, however, there's a tool called Workforce that allows employers to have more access and options when it comes to paystubs. In case you're using Workforce, I recommend getting in touch with the Workforce support team for more info about an employer being able to see when you've looked at the paystub.
