Previously when reporting Payroll Remittances there was an option to "E-File" PD7A returns and now theres only an option to "Pay" without any option to file or report.

You can easily access and report your PD7A in QuickBooks by following these steps:

1. Select the Payments tab.
2. Under Resources, choose either Remittance forms (monthly) or Remittance forms (quarterly).
3. Select PD7A.
4. Choose the desired time period for the report.

You can also find the remittance forms at the bottom of the Payroll Tax Centre page.

To know why the option to E-file PD7A returns is no longer available and you only see the option to Pay, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. They have the tools necessary to check your account securely and investigate the reason for this issue.
