my bank is verified and connected, but I only get option to pay payroll tax outside of qb

Thanks for turning to the Community for support. QuickBooks Online is a great software to have. It helps you keep track of your finances. One of the many great features that QuickBooks offers, is the ability to Pay and file your taxes online. Here are a few helpful guides that will show you how this can be done.

-Set up e-file and e-pay in QuickBooks Online Payroll
 

If you've already done the steps provided in the articles, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser, as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.
