What happened to the "Record Payment" button in the Pay Taxes option of the Payroll Tax Centre? I can't actually post the payment.

Recording payments through QuickBooks Online is a great way to make sure everything is tracked. I can help you get the option to record payment in your payroll tax centre.

Since QuickBooks Online is a web based program when an option isn't showing it's usually due to the cache and cookies of your browser being corrupted or damaged. To fix this you just need to clear your browsers cache and cookies by following the steps in this article. Should the issue still continue I suggest using a different browser or putting your browser in private mode, for example Google Chrome incognito mode.
