When my employee receives a direct deposit for pay it shows up as "Payroll Deposit" in his bank statement. How do I change this to have it show up as my company name?

It's vital that your employees get paid the right amount for their hours worked. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool that helps calculate the net pay of your employees as well as gives you the option to pay them using direct deposit. I can provide some information about payroll deposits.

There isn't the option to change the name of the payroll deposits on the statements of your employees. I can see how this would be a feature you'd like to see in QuickBooks to help you pay your employees for their work. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are taken into consideration when our developers are designing new features for the software.
