The direct deposit feature enables QuickBooks to pay your employees on your behalf. The employees' accounts are credited on the pay date you specified when you run your payroll. The pay date you select must be at least two to three business days (depending on which payroll version you have) after you submit a pay cheque. To check the current status of your payroll, you'd need an agent from our tech support team to directly assist you. Using our secured tools to pull up your account, a payroll agent can access details about your direct deposit and identify the specific date at which your employees will get paid.
