Where can I find past years on quick books self employed? My data from 2017 and 2018 has disappeared but CRA requires us to keep for 6+1?

Welcome to Community!  It's vital that you're able to retrieve your tax information for previous years and keep in good standing with the CRA.  QuickBooks Self Employed has an amazing sales tax feature that provides the historical information when you need it most.  I'd be happy to assist!

Here's how to locate the information:

1. Open Taxes from the left menu

2. Click on the drop-down arrow for the Tax Year and choose the year you want

3. Hit Download Tax Summary or use the drop-down arrow to Download Tax Details

That's it!

Should you have any problems with seeing the previous years, I suggest clearing cache on your browser and then log into your account using a private or incognito browser.  You may also want to try other browsers such as Google Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
