If these basic features will meet your business' needs, you can go ahead and subscribe to EasyStart. If you'll need multiple users to have access to the file, to manage your bills and bill payments, manage multiple currencies, or track time, you'll want to consider either Essentials or Plus. For tracking project profitability and inventory, you'll need to go with QuickBooks Online Plus.
