Why aren't my employees deductions for taxes not showing up on their T4

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff effortlessly.  I can see how concerning it can be when the associated forms are incomplete.  I'd be happy point you in the right direction, so you can create, file and send your T4 slips as soon as possible!

It's important to review how the deductions are set up for your employees.  If the employee information is accurate, please contact us outside of Community for further review and assistance from our end.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
