Go to the Help menu.
From the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: Reconciliation issues.
Then, type Talk to a human.
Select Yes, then Get help from a human.
Choose either Start a Chat or Have us call you.

Then, to have a copy of your reconciliation for the previous period, you can pull up a reconciliation report.
