How do I enter opening balances on a reconciliation? The system won't let me edit to put in a credit balance.

I'll help you to modify your opening balance, darryl5.

Opening depends on the transactions you've made. You'll have to edit the charge in your transaction instead. I'll show you how, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Chart of Accounts.
2. Select the Credit card account that you want to edit.
3. Click the transaction.
4. Then, modify the amount in the Charge column.
5. Click Save.

Note: You'll have to make sure to set this as Reconcile (R).
