Hi there, Kwinana,

I’m here to assist you in retrieving your missing transactions so you can successfully reconcile your account.

Before we proceed, please note that QuickBooks relies entirely on the data provided by your financial institution. The amount of historical transaction data available for download depends on your bank's policy.

On top of that, missing transactions typically occur due to interruptions in the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. To rule out potential issues, I recommend visiting your bank's website to check for any announcements regarding ongoing system maintenance or changes.

If there are no alerts from your bank, you can manually update your transactions by using the Update button.

Additionally, ensure your transaction filters are set correctly, as missing transactions are often hidden due to incorrect date ranges or filter settings.

If you still can’t locate the missing transactions after these checks, you may need to manually add them or upload them via a CSV file before completing the reconciliation. Ensure that your register matches your bank statement before proceeding with the reconciliation.
