I am trying to do a bank reconciliation but there is no field to tick the item I want to reconcile

The circular checkboxes are located next to the Deposit (AUD) column. Once ticked, they will turn light green and become slightly visible.

On the other hand, the checkbox column can sometimes get pushed off-screen or hidden if the browser zoom is too high. A quick Ctrl+Shift+- to zoom out can reveal it. 

Also, check the computer's display settings to ensure all pages appear properly and avoid it happening in the future.
