I have a couple of solutions you can do to resolve the missing bank items from the Banking page.
There might be a delay on how the bank transactions would download into QuickBooks. You can manually update the bank feeds by clicking the Update button.
I recommend doing this at least three to five times to make sure your bank transactions would download properly.
You'll also want to check your bank to see if there are any maintenance updates or issues.
If you've updated your bank or checked the bank's website, then you'll want to contact our support. They can pull up your account securely and check the system with their tools and find a way to bring those transactions into QuickBooks.
Here's how to reach them:
Click the Help menu.
In the chat box, enter something like "bank transactions won't show up."
Select the I still need a human option.
Click the Get help from a human link.
Choose how you want to reach us.
When you've managed to get all of your transactions into QuickBooks Online, you can start categorising or matching them for your books.
