Hi matthew-gully77- If you send an invoice to the contractor you will enter the labour amount on one line and then you create another line and enter a description such as CIS deduction and enter the amount to be deducted from the labour proportion as a negative. This will then show the net amount due from the contractor. When you receive the amount from the contractor you'll categorise the amount in the transaction page as business income.
