Solved

A new client invited me as their accountant but I am unable to add the company to wholesale billing. How do I do this?

I reviewed all the posts related to wholesale billing but the options I have on the Quickbooks Online Accountant screens are not the same as the ones shown in the videos and step-by-step guides.

Use a private or incognito window.  It is the only way I can get it to work.

I confirmed with Intuit that the functionality is not yet available on the SA platform. Apparently it will be released in the next month or two.
