The name on my Quickbooks Online Advisor Certificate is wrong. How do I change the name on my Advisor Certificate to reflect my correct name?

The name on your Advisor certificate is taken directly from your ProAdvisor profile. Your Profile page organises your account information into different sections. As a QBO advisor, you can publish, edit, and improve your profile to increase your potential clients. To change your name, here's how:

1. Go to the Profile icon next to the Gear icon.
2. In the Profile page, select Edit to the section you want to modify.
3. Change your name.
4. Select Save.

After updating, you can select Preview your public profile to view the changes you made. Once done, you can then reprint your certificate with the correct name.
