Question

Does anyone else have trouble with their rules? Every time at least half of them are corrupted. And I have to manually delete and re-enter them. Why?

I'm using the latest version of chrome, I regularly clear my cache and cookies. And I've contacted help several times about this. It's still happening and it's extremely frustrating and time consuming to fix numerous rules, every time. Anyone have any ideas?

I appreciate you attempting to resolve the bank rules issue by doing some troubleshooting steps. This issue is currently being investigated. Our engineers are already working to resolve the problem.

 

I know you've already contacted our support many times. If you haven't been included in the list of affected users, I recommend contacting them again. This assures that you'll be notified through email once the problem has been resolved.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
  4. Select the Contact Us button.
  5. Choose Callback.
