Bounced emails are typically caused by an outdated email address still linked to automated transactions.

Here's how to fix it:

  1. View the bounced email list by going to the Gear icon and clicking on Account and Settings.
  2. In the Company tab, look for the View the errors link. Selecting it shows a list of emails with delivery errors, including the delivery date, error type, and customer name.
  3. From the list of delivery errors, identify the previous user's email. Then go to Customer & leads under Customers. Find the customer or contact tied to that email, select Edit, and update or remove the old email address. Save when done.
  4. Go to the Recurring Transactions page on the Gear icon, open each affected template, remove the old email, and Save. For any transactions already generated from the old template, edit them individually or duplicate the template and use the new version.
