I have been trying to lodge the pays with the Australian Tax Office and it has been pending for 3 days now. Has anyone else had this problem of not connecting?

There isn't a reported incident about lodging pay event to ATO In QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'd recommend checking with the ATO if they've received the lodgement successfully on their end. If so, please contact our Customer Care Team  to further check your payroll account in a secure form and help update the pay event status.
