As of now, I suggest, you can click on the Update button in the Banking menu. This is done to make sure that the connection between your financial institution and QuickBooks is refreshed.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the tile on the bank account you want to reconnect.
Click the Update button.
If you're unable to see the bank transactions, there are times that the bank updates their website's URL. Try copying your bank's URL. Then, paste it on to the banking page. Here's how:
Go to your bank's website, log in using your credentials.
Copy the URL of the bank in the Address/ Search bar.
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the Link account button, then select Connect to a different Bank.
Paste the bank's URL in the search box and press Enter.
Choose the Account in the drop-down button. (You can also enter the details for the date and the opening balance).
