Important Update: A Better Community Experience Is Coming

Changes are coming to the QuickBooks Community, and we want to ensure that you know exactly what to expect when they are rolled out.

Later this month, our community forum will be moving to a new hosting platform in order to allow us to better serve our community members. The new platform will provide improved performance, a more intuitive navigation, and enhanced discussion tools to create a smoother conversation experience. 

Why this is happening:

As our community has grown, so have our standards for the experience we want to provide. The new platform gives us a stronger foundation that can scale with our users, support richer conversations, and equip community contributors with better tools to do what they do best.

This is an investment in the long-term health and sustainability of this community, and we are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.

What to expect:

The migration is scheduled for June 23rd, 2026. During the migration, the site will enter read only mode, but will remain available to search for content and support answers. Once the migration is complete, the site will resume full functionality.

What is changing:

• The visual design and layout of the forums
• Navigation menus and thread organization
• Select features and how they function

What is staying the same:

• Your account, profile, and post history
• All existing community content and discussions
• The purpose and use of the community site
