The name on your certificate corresponds with the name entered on your ProAdvisor profile, so that's the first place to check in this situation. Follow these steps from there:

1. Go to the Profile icon next to the Gear icon.
2. Select Go to ProAdvisor profile.
3. Click the Edit ✎ icon to update any info, then Save.
4. Press Preview to see what your profile will look like on the find a ProAdvisor website.
