Question
Can Intuit review my Certification Section 4 exam after failing 3 times at 70%, due to a multi-select interface bug, outdated training videos, and missing exam content?
I have attempted the QuickBooks Online Certificatio Section 4 exam three times, scoring 70% on each attempt despite thorough preparation. I want to flag several issues that I believe are affecting my score unfairly.
1. Interface bug: One question instructed me to "choose all that apply" but the interface only allowed a single answer to be selected. I selected "All of the above" but cannot confirm this was scored correctly.
2. Misleading feedback: The post-exam feedback directs me to review supplier and expense topics, but the exam questions are focused on customer and sales workflows. This mismatch makes it impossible to identify what to study.
3. Misplaced training content: Training videos are placed in the wrong sections, meaning key material is easy to miss even when studying methodically.
4. Gaps in training coverage: Several exam questions cover topics not addressed anywhere in the training videos.
5. Outdated training videos: The videos show an older QBO interface. For navigation-based exam questions it is unclear whether answers should follow the old or current interface, which can directly cost marks.
Could Intuit please review my exam attempt and clarify how these issues are being addressed for all candidates?
