Thanks for trying QuickBooks Online, shellyheaven.
You have me to help you add an accountant. If you already have their email address, you can follow the steps to add them on your account:
Click the My Accountant tab.
Enter their email address in the Accountant's email field.
Click Invite.
Afterward, let your accountant check their email and accept the invitation.
If the page seems blank when adding an accountant, let's try doing it on a private browser. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause an unexpected page behavior on the browser.
Also, you can find an accountant directly on your QuickBooks account. You can do that by clicking the Find a pro to help button.
I've also added these articles for more information on how many accountants you can add based on your subscription level:
Thanks for coming back and for the screenshot, shellyheaven.
I'll share the way to add your accountant as a user in your QBO company.
The My Accountant option is only available in QBO for regions that have QuickBooks Online Accountant. In your case, you can add your accountant as a Company Admin user to give them access to your books. Then, when you add them, please put a checkmark in the This user is my accountant checkbox, so they won't be counted towards your user's lists.
