We kindly ask that QuickBooks/Intuit: Remove EMAG Tech Solutions Ltd and the associated accountant user completely from our company file at the backend, as we are unable to delete them from the “Accounting Firms” list. Confirm our company as the sole owner, with no external firm or consultant having access. Review the consultant’s conduct and advise on any official steps to file a formal misconduct or fraud complaint if necessary. Provide clarity on the subscription records to verify whether payments were ever made by the consultant during the period in question.

I appreciate you taking the time to post your concerns with us, Samuel. Let me address them one by one to ensure you regain control of your account and protect your business.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Primary Admin can remove an accountant's access by deleting their organization through the Accounting Firms section on the Manage Users page. I've included a screenshot below that shows where to find this option:

Since you mentioned that you are unable to delete your accountant from the Accounting Firms section, I suggest checking if the Primary Admin role has been successfully transferred to you.

To verify, please go to the Manage Users page. From there, you can confirm whether your company file lists you as the sole owner, ensuring no external firm or consultant has access to your account.

If you have confirmed that you are not the Primary Admin, you can request the role to be transferred to you. Refer to this resource article for guidance: Request to Be the Primary Admin or Contact.

In case you are already the primary admin and still can't delete the accountant user, I recommend contacting our Live Support team for further investigation. They have the necessary tools to review your account and assist in resolving the issue.

Regarding your concern about the consultant’s conduct and the steps to file a formal misconduct or fraud complaint, I advise consulting a legal professional if you suspect any wrongdoing, as they can provide appropriate advice based on local laws and regulations.

To verify whether the consultant made any payments during the specified period, you can check your billing history in the Subscriptions and Billing section of your QBO. Our Live Support team can also assist in providing a detailed subscription record and verifying the payments.

Please feel free to revisit this thread with any updates or further questions.

@Samuel-Ayim

Can you login as the Primary Admin and change your billing payment method to Intuit?
