I completed my QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification, but I don’t see the Advanced or Payroll certifications in my account.

Well done on completing your certification, Mary. The Advanced and Payroll programs are currently only available within the QuickBooks US region. Since those specific versions of the software haven't been released for the QuickBooks Global version yet, the corresponding certifications aren't available in your current dashboard.

Since you need these certifications, I recommend signing up for a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account for the US region. This will allow you to access the US-specific training academy.
